25 years across aerospace, defense, healthcare, oil and gas, and manufacturing. I've built the systems that run production floors, managed ERP implementations across eight fabrication sites, achieved SOX compliance under federal deadlines, and architected integrations that replaced 60+ spreadsheets overnight.
Then I left corporate and started my own companies. First a window and door business, then Glacier Home Exteriors — a Central Texas exterior contracting company. Windows, roofing, siding, painting. Real crews, real dispatching, real after-hours calls from homeowners. I built the entire tech and revenue stack from zero: the website, the CRM, the analytics, the sales systems, and the operational software underneath all of it.
